How far in advance do I need to schedule appointments?
Reserving your next appointment during your visit with us is recommended. Otherwise, we suggest that you schedule appointments at least a week in advance for optimum availability, however we will strive to accommodate all last minute requests as well as walk ins. A credit Card or Gift Card number may be required to schedule to multiple services or new guest visit.Visit our Online Booking page to schedule online.

When should I arrive?
You are welcome to arrive as early as you would like. If you arrive past your scheduled time please be advised that, regardless of your arrival time, your service will end at the scheduled time in order to accommodate all other guests. Late guests may be asked to reschedule and incur a cancellation fee.
How should I pay?
La Bella Vita Salon & Day Spa accepts cash, credit cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover) and our gift cards as forms of payment. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks.
What is the appropriate amount for a gratuity?
Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on your satisfaction with your service. 20% of the service fee is common. For your convenience we have implemented "Tippy" for all credit card gratuities. Tippy allows you to send your gratuity directly to your service provider (with a small convenience fee). Of course cash gratuities are always appreciated and may be handed directly to your service provider.
La Bella Vita Salon & Day Spa requires at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling prior to the scheduled service to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee added to the next visit. Services 3 hours or greater in length, including multiple services on the same day will require a non- refundable $25 deposit, deposit will go towards services on the day scheduled. No shows will incur a charge of 50% of the services scheduled or $25.00 whichever is greater.No shows for color adjustment appointments will result in forfeiture of complimentary color adjustment service. This includes multiple services secured with a deposit, credit or gift card.
* Guests who "No Show" 3 times or their first appointment will be required to leave a non - refundable deposit to secure any appointments, (Deposit will be $50.00 or 50% of service for services less then $50, or may come in on a walk in basis.
Microblading Cancellation Policy
$75 non refundable deposit is required to book your microblading service, this deposit will be applied to your balance the day of your service. We require a 3 day notice of cancellation for microblading services, cancellations with less than 3 days notice or no shows will forfeit the $75 deposit and will require another deposit to book, no exceptions.
We include an initial touch-up session within 4-6 weeks of the initial microblading service. If the touch-up session is after 6 weeks, the session is no longer complementary, 6-10 week touch up cost is $80. If you no show your scheduled touch-up appointment or cancel without at least 3 days notice, the touch up session will no longer be complimentary, a 6-10 week charge of $80 will apply.
Our Pricing is a guideline and subject to change based on length of hair, hair density and or texture. Our Stylists will be happy to give you a quote during your consultation.
Level System Pricing
La Bella Vita Stylists work on a level system. Our service providers work hard to achieve monthly goals in order to jump to the next level. With each level, their prices increase slightly, but they have gained knowledge and experience making them worth that slight price increase.
We begin with our entry level stylists, referred to as New Talent. These are the new stylists who are going through or have recently completed our Associates Program. Please keep in mind our Associates are NOT hair students, they are licensed hair stylists honoring their skills in an advanced program designed to provide you a superior level of service. Our Associate’s Program assures every employee knows and follows our excellent customer service methodology. New Talent prices are about twenty to thirty percent lower than our baseline prices for the duration of their Associate’s Program as well as "on sale" for a very short time after completion. After an Associate goes through an extensive six to nine month training with a top tier stylist, and meets all the goals set before them, they move on to a Level 1 referred to as a Creative Designer. Level 1 prices are our baseline, “from” prices. Level 2 stylists are referred to as our Premier Designers. Level 3 designers are known as our Elite Designers and Level 4 is referred to as our Master Designers. Each level raises the price of services slightly depending on the service – some services are not increased at all. La Bella Vita stylists are varied in their abilities and prices you can be assured there is a price point and a level that will meet your needs, whether you choose New Talent with a discounted price, or a Master Designer.
* Elite and Master Designers will often work with an Associate. Associate and New Talent pricing is deeply discounted therefore not eligible for discounts of any type.
Our stylists work as a team, so it will never offend someone if you decide, as they jump levels, that you’d like to see someone with a little lower price point. We have your formulas and notes in our system, we would rather see you over and over again in our salon seeing one or several Designers than for you to feel uncomfortable coming in to see someone else! I’m sure, if you compare prices of similar salon/spas you will see we are competitive, even with Master Designer prices!
For the comfort of all our guests, PLEASE turn your cell phones and other devices to silent mode while you are enjoying your time with us. All service times include consultation time to ensure that we are providing a unique treatment to meet all of your needs.
Right to Refuse Service
La Bella Vita Salon and Day Spa has the right to refuse service to customers demonstrating inappropriate behavior.
Children are of course always welcome at La Bella Vita. A salon can be a dangerous place for unsupervised children. There are hot tools, sharp tools and chemicals that could cause severe injury. We understand that sometimes you need to bring the little one along however, children must be supervised at all times by you when inside the salon. They may NOT be left alone in the reception area. Any damages caused by unsupervised children will be the full responsibility of the parent. For everyones safety, at no time will children be allowed to run around, play on chairs etc. if this should occur you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. We ask guests receiving facial, microblading or lash services to make other arrangements for your children so you can receive the best possible service.
To ensure the best service possible, only one guest will be allowed in the treatment rooms at a time. If you bring your family or friends, they must wait in the reception area. Please, no children to facial, lash or Microblading appointments.
La Bella Vita Salon & Day Spa Color / Cut adjustment Policy
- La Bella Vita Salon and Day Spa services are non-refundable however, we are more than happy to schedule an adjustment service free of charge if we have made an error.
- Color Please contact the salon within 48 hours of your appointment , Cut within 5 days, to receive the complimentary service.
- You may choose to revisit your original stylist or another stylist may be recommended for you by the salon.
- This guarantee does not apply to any client that may choose to change the overall look of the previous appointment or visits another salon for a redo.
- Please note: Using home color OR going from darker to lighter tones is not an exact science and will most likely result in more than one service to achieve your desired result. If this is the case, your service provider will advise you during your consultation and your service will not be subject to our complimentary adjustment policy. Due to the unpredictable nature of vivid / fun color we do not guarantee vivid services.
Keratin and extension services are only guaranteed when you purchase the home care products recommended on the day of your service. Hair Extension services can only be guaranteed when you purchase Bellami Pro Extensions or Premium Babe Extensions through La Bella Vita Salon and Day Spa. We are happy to work with your current (professional brand) extensions but cannot guarantee the outcome.
Hair care products: Our knowledgeable staff will recommend the products for you they feel fit your personal needs. We want you to be happy with your purchase, if in the event you are not, we will exchange any hair care products within 14 days of purchase. DUE TO COVID GUIDELINES WE CAN NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF PRODUCTS THAT ARE "TOUCHABLE" ie: SCREW TOP PRODUCTS ETC. Skin Care, Makeup, Hair Extensions, Travel sizes, Sale and discontinued products, Tools and Brushes are FINAL SALES and may not be returned or exchanged. Gift Certificates/Cards are FINAL SALES, they are not redeemable for cash. please treat your gift certificate /card like cash , we are not responsible if they are lost or stolen. Any Tools purchased (flat irons, blow dryers etc.) will come with a factory warranty, please follow warranty instructions and contact the company directly with any exchanges or returns. Services: are FINAL SALES , see our color adjustment policy.
How do I prepare for a Special Occasion Style or Makeup?
Please arrive with your hair clean and dry (unless scheduled with prior shampoo & style service). Please arrive for makeup services with clean skin (light moisturizer is fine). Wear a button down or zipper type top to avoid disturbing your finished style / makeup. Bring any photos of the finished look you desire.
