"Simply Skin" Plan - $69 per month

This plan includes one customized monthly full Facial with medical grade products and a home care regimen product recommendation,  specific to you, to treat your unique skin type and concerns.

"Clear Skin" Plan - $89 per month

This plan includes one customized monthly Acne Facial with medical grade products, a custom treatment protocol to help your gain control of your acne, and a home care regimen product recommendation for your specific acne type. 

"Glowing Skin" Plan - $110 per month

This is the ultimate glow up plan! Enjoy one of our Treatment facials monthly. These perfectly curated facials address specific skin concerns to get your ultimate glow. Also, a home care regimen product recommendation will be provided by your Esthetician to address your specific concerns.

Our members may book their monthly facial with any of our licensed , experienced Estheticians.

Policies:

Members are required to keep a valid credit card on file. Monthly charges will occur on the original date of purchase (or next business day) of each month. Failure to make payment will result in a temporary pause of services and discounts until membership dues are paid. Members may freeze or cancel their membership at any time with no penalty fees. You may freeze up to 60 days. A 30 day notice is required to cancel your membership. Memberships are not transferrable and are subject to our cancellation policy. 

La Bella Vita Salon & Day Spa requires at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling prior to the scheduled service to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee added to the next visit or charged to card on file. No shows will incur a charge of 100% of the services scheduled.
